      Working with Joe Kueser and Tom Campbell on improving SSO portlets
      Improvements will include:
      1. more robust Form-based authentication
      2. Fix Bugs
      3. CSS, Header Phase
      4. Factor-out Common Code
      5. get it working with JIRA
