Description

When using url rewriting, the stylesheets are not displayed at all, so the pages look really bad.
This is very confusing to users of restrictive browsers and we noticed that many of our users came into trouble having cookies disabled by default.
I'm sure this has been working already, but I don't know which change to Jetspeed has broken this.
