[JS2-365] M4-SNAPSHOT doesn't work with Mavin-1.0

Description

The 'Getting Started' site-document says you only need Maven 1.0, which is what Gentoo (stable) supplies. However the (new?) 'maven j2:portal.genapp' command failed, so I grabbed Maven 1.0.2, and now it's all good. Not sure what the actual minimum requirement is, but here is the (end) error:
