[JS1-392] [PATCH] Cannot change pane description on customization pages

Description

Customization pages give one the opportunity to change name and description for
currently selected pane. However it seems not to work. Here is what I do:
1. I enter customization page
2. I click "Update pane" button
3. I fill up name and description fields
4. I click "Update" button
5. I leave customization pages by clicking "Apply and update" button
6. I enter customization pages again and I see that no changes in pane
name/description are visible
Note: I use 1.4b5-dev, taken from CVS on 12.09.2003 (yesterday) as the latest
version
