Description

Portlet Customizer requires two saves to save properties.
Take for example the RSS portlet (I reproduced with other portlets including
IFrame)

Go into the generic Portlet Customizer, change a property of any portlet (that
is a ref), and press Update. The property does not get applied. Go back into
the customizer, press Update again, and the property is applied.

With the RSS portlet example, take the number of items or popup params as a
test case
