Description

Look for a meta-info tag in the profile document and use that, if found,
instead of using the role name + " Home" when merging profiles. I can imagine
the role name isn't very user friendly so the portal admin could specify a
nicer name in the role's PSML.

For example, the role may be 'hr-user' and the meta-info may be 'Human
Resources'.
