Description

The template locator service should be enhanced to, optionally, include screen
templates in the portlet template search. If the portlet template is not found
in the portlets folder, the locator service should continue searching in the
screens folder. This will allow for creation of dual-purpose templates which
can serve as either screens or portlets (for example, Login).
