Description

When I try to add a portlet to a pane and click on the next button to get the
next page of portlets to choose from the page loads blank with only the
layout/navigations being displayed. Sometimes the next button works and
sometimes it does not. It seems to usually stop working after adding a few
portlets to the pane.
