Description

Currently all portlets added via the Customizer use default control:
TitlePortletControl. It would be useful if the user could choose the control
for a portlet. One issue to resolve would be to present a list of appropriate
controls such as TitlePortletControl and ClearPortletControl (and not
MenuControl, etc).
