Description

mvn dependency:tree lists log4j-core and log4j-api as optional in the modules jena-fuseki2/jena-fuseki-geosparql and jena-fuseki2/jena-fuseki-server.

They are included in the shared artifact.

Make them required dependencies for clarity.
