Description

Add MOD (op:numeric-mod) and IDIV (op:numeric-integer-divide).

Add each in two forms - as a function and as an operator.

e.g. 5 mod 2 and mod(5,2)

(as well as functions op:numeric-mod and op:numeric-integer-divide.)
