    Description

Jena should only ask for MIME types by proper name (client, asking with "Accept")

Several alternative Content-Types are supported e.g. "x-*"  in responding to content negotiation (i.e. server side).

The standards defining the correct MIME type have been around for several years now so prune the alternatives and check only standard forms are asked for.
