Description

RDFDataMgr has had deprecations on many operations, those best done via RDFParser for multiple argument setups.

Clean these up for Jena 4.0.0.
(Some remain e.g java.io.Reader is not recommended because of character set issues)
Only remove ones that have been deprecated for several versions.
