The default optimizer strategy is not documented on

https://jena.apache.org/documentation/tdb/optimizer.html#choosing-the-optimizer-strategy

When there is no .opt file in the database directory, it seems that the optimizer behaves as if there was a fixed.opt file, it should be documented.
