Description

A number of small improvement to the JSON handling code:

• Ensure multiline output/strings end in NL
• Add to pair(,) to JSONBuilder (c.f. JSWriter)
• Return 'this' for chaining style in JSONBuilder
• JSON.copy, JSON.buildObject
