      As reported by Simon here: http://markmail.org/message/o7eakyks55b3ylzr and by Dave here: http://markmail.org/message/oj3zbozlygkifs3i we have tests failing in the current TxTDB test suite.
      Running the TxTDB test suite on Jenkins using Windows shows the problem as well: https://builds.apache.org/view/G-L/view/Jena/job/Jena_TxTDB/197/
