[JELLY-232] Some ant objects throw NPE at toString

Description

When setting the debug mode, a lot of the creation of the ant tags are reported about and this invokes the toString method of the tags.
This fails for some objects such as the fileset tag... a method to call toString safely is needed in, at least, AntTag!
