Description

On the general Apache community page, a range of email subjects for automated email created for different actions on GitHub have been suggested: https://community.apache.org/contributors/mailing-lists#configuring-the-subject-lines-of-the-emails-being-sent

These settings should be applied to the JDO repositories.
