Description

Some exectck classes may be improved:

• AbstractTCKMojo, PropertyUtils, Utilites: close reader or stream in a try-with-resource
• PropertyUtils: remove unused methods
• AbstractTCKMojo, Enhance, RunTCK: Replace the type specification in the constructoir call with the diamond operator (<>)
