[JCS-111] Commons JCS sources not in public maven repos

Description

I am not sure if this is the right place to put this, but I started looking into Commons JCS today and noticed the sources are not in the public maven repos like other apache commons projects.

Is there a reason for this? I think it would be relatively easy to add in the sources jar when publishing and would make life a little easier for developers that use maven.
