Description

As the colon cannot be used for XML element names (https://www.w3.org/TR/REC-xml/#sec-common-syn) except for namespaces another syntax must be established to apply settings only to specific package ids instead of the suffix format :<package group>:<package name> (described in https://github.com/apache/jackrabbit-filevault-package-maven-plugin/blob/36aeeb9ba39dbc1c683bad659fd0d1d9983dcd54/src/site/markdown/validators.md#configuration)
