[JCRVLT-396] Import mode "MERGE" and "UPDATE" still may remove properties during import

Description

Although it is clearly stated in "https://jackrabbit.apache.org/filevault/importmode.html" that no content should be deleted for neither "UPDATE" nor "MERGE", this may still happen for imported enhanced DocView files when cleaning up properties. Most probably a similar cause than for JCRVLT-390.

This has been observed while working on https://github.com/Adobe-Consulting-Services/acs-aem-commons/pull/2045.
