Relax PredefinedNodeTypeTest to not require nt:frozenNode to be referenceable

    Description

      As reported in OAK-9134 the JCR 2.0 specification does not require a nt:frozenNode to be mix:referenceable anymore. The PredefinedNodeTypeTest still checks for this requirement (specified in JCR 1.0) and should be relaxed.
