[JCR-3567] SQL2 query doesn't respect resultFetchSize value specified in workspace.xml

Description

Using SQL2 query language, in a repository with nearly 1200000 node of the same type, even if it's specified a resultFetchSize of 1000 in workspace.xml, a query to retrieve all the nodes, tries to recover from the DB all the results.

Using an XPATH query all works as expected.
