EventJournal remoting: implement server-side journal filtering

    Description

      Remote EventJournal, as implemented per JCR-2541, currently only supports client-side filtering. This may waste bits on the wire when indeed a filtered journal is sufficient.

      To implement this, all filtering aspects will have to be added to the feed URI.
