spi2dav: Implement RepositoryService#checkQueryStatement

    Description

      the missing implementation of RepositoryService#checkQueryStatement in spi2dav causes IllegalArgumentException upon
      QueryImpl#bindValue since according to the commit message (JCR-2175) the valid bind-values are returned from the
      checkQueryStatement message. this causes a couple of qom tests to fail.
