AuthorizationException connecting to eu-central-1

    Description

      I am running into this with my personal aws account, connecting to eu-central-1.

      org.jclouds.rest.AuthorizationException: POST https://ec2.eu-central-1.amazonaws.com/ HTTP/1.1 -> HTTP/1.1 401 Unauthorized

      Seems to be related to below threads where people are told to update to latest tools.
