Description

The azurecompute-arm/README.md needs to be updated as the new azure CLI behaves differently from the previous (azure CLI 0.10.2)

in particular `azure ad sp create` now wants `-a ` while for `azure role assignment create` it requires roleName or roleId but not sure where to find them.
