"Using database" documentation should reflect removal of mysql jdbc driver.

      Trunk docs are not published yet, but the same issue exists there, too.

      All of them tell this:


      Please note that a MySQL driver is included as part of the James distribution and so there is no need to add such a driver to the lib directory.


      But we removed the jdbc driver (connector/j for licensing issues, mmmysql for compatibiltiy issues) since our 2.3.x releases.

        Also the documentation examples suggest the use of org.gjt.mm.mysql.Driver. We should better document the usage of com.mysql.jdbc.Driver (like in our config.xml)
