Description

By refactoring RemoteManager, NNTP and POP3 services we'll create a bigger codebase to understand wether future changes to the handlerchain pattern are good or not.
Furthermore we create a solid ground to allow granular customization via new CommandHandler implementations.

Update 2007/05/15: removed remotemanager and nntp from this issue. Pop3 has been done.
