Description

Why

Sending 50.000 mails per hour, with a 1/1000 browse start update ended up not updating the browse start.

Fix

Explicitly test the browse start update using Casssandra statement recording.

Ensure the correctness of browse start updates probability: more or less once per slice.

Run manual test on large slice.

Fix code accordingly...

• Fix avoidance of browse start update if triggered too soon.
• Fix parallelism
