[JAMES-3898] VacationMailet should Q-Encode special characters

Description

Testing on TeamMail showed some error with special characters in subjects when special characters where used.

They could not be displayed on the receiver side.

See attached video.

We identified that subects where not Q-Encoded.

Q-encoding the sujbects, by calling higher level method in Javax mail solves this.
