Description

Now that all individual components are implemented we can wire together a distributed James server using solely Apache Pulsar as a queuing technology.

Question on my side:

Do we want to create a whole new dedicated artifact?
Or do we want to modify the existing distributed server to be configurable in order to run either on top of RabbitMQ or on top of Pulsar?
