• Init the guice - distributed james procedure in http://james.apache.org/server/manage.html
• Explain the target of this guide
• Add the health check part of it.
• Document how to set up logging and metrics.
• Explains that WARN/ERROR logs should be worrying.

DOD: try the procedure locally, document it.
