Metrics: RabbitMQ use the same than in JMSMailQueue for board compatibility
Add a new generic MailQueue contract testing metic publication
We need to manage separately counter for enQueue and deQueue.
We have to rely on a gauge for mail queue size. Note that gauges don't seem to be exported to ElasticSearch.
