Description

There's actually no configuration for mailqueue implementations.

We should introduce one for RabbitMQ, in order to give connection information; there's a single URI property.

In this ticket, we should write a sample rabbitmq.properties file, write the code to read it and transform it to an immutable RabbitMQConfiguration.
