[JAMES-2004] Guice should start with arbitrary configuration file missing

Description

We should:

• Provide a default mailet-container file, specific per product (should it incule mailbox? VacationMailet?)
• We should add default connections for ES and Cassandra to localhost
• Otherwise we should consider the files as empty and handle default values.

As a new comer, it allows me to start James with no configuration. Thus beginning with the project is easier.
