Description

Today, when someone receives a mail, the associated SIEVE script is retrieve then executed.

SIEVE being still experimental, we would like to give the opportunity to completly avoid it.

We can either add an option to LocalDelivery to avoid retrieving and executing SIEVE scripts. Instead, we would directly post mail to user INBOX.
