Description

The javadocs task in build.xml references Java 1.4 URLs that are no longer public resulting in incomplete JavaDoc generation.

Replace <param name="-link" value="http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4/docs/api"/> with <param name="-link"
value="http://docs.oracle.com/javase/1.5.0/docs/api/"/>.
