Description

The Jenkins job for the IvyDE update site has been broken for awhile.  It appears to be broken due to the reorganization of things on the Jenkins site.

 

All the documentation pointing to the old build is now incorrect.

 

There has been no successful build since the reorganization, so it is impossible to download 2.3.0-rc1 plugin.
