    Description

      I creare the new project with Ivy deps. I create an ivy.xml (the only dependency is slf4j-jdk14) file and see that everyting is fine. In the classpath there are 2 jars - slf4j-jdk14 and slf4j-api (the former depends on the later). Then I select "Reload settings" from the menu and slf4j-api disappears. The same happens if I add another dependency.
