[IVYDE-155] "Delete old retrieved artifacts" gets grayed out after OK'ing the dialog

Description

In the Preferences page, the "Delete old retrieved artifacts" gets grayed out even though I select "Do retrieve after resolve." This only happens after I "OK" the dialog and return to it.
