Description

Since Ivy 1.4.1 there were fixes in the way how Ivy downloads artifacts by HTTP. We had workarounds made on the server side for older versions of Ivy, but these workarounds are incorrect for upcoming Ivy 2.0. It would be helpful to provide information about Ivy version in HTTP headers when it downloads files by HTTP.
