      Description

When using Ivy from ant loaded using a special classpath instead of putting it in ant lib, a problem occurs if you use subant and reload the same (or different) version of Ivy multiple times (can happen easily with subant). In this case Ivy fails due to a classcast exception (due to the loading of Ivy.class in two different classloaders).

Fixed the issue by using a map of Ivy configured instances in Project, so that there is an Ivy configured instance accessible for each loaded Ivy class.
