AntCallTriggerTest and AntBuildTriggerTest fail when run from ivy build.xml on a machine without ivy installed in ant lib

      Description

      Ivy build.xml allow to put ivy.jar in the directory and thus avoid adding it to ant lib, but then AntCallTriggerTest and AntBuildTriggerTest fail, because they require ivy.jar in ant lib!

        The build now use the same build snippet as the go-ivy example, thus download ivy from the net. Thus building Ivy doesn't require anymore to install Ivy manually, the only thing needed is java + ant. AntBuildTriggerTest and AntCallTriggerTest use the same location for ivy.jar, and thus can rely on this automatic installation.
