[IVY-1437] defaultconfmapping not inherited

Description

Run ant in attached project.
It has two ant modules - parent and proj1.
Parent defines defaultconfmapping="*->default".
Proj1 inherits parent and depends on guava in conf="compile;foo".

Given default mappings this should resolve to compile->default;foo->default but instead it seems to resolve to compile->compile;foo->foo and fails.

Adding defaultconfmapping to proj1 workarounds this problem.
