Description

Some replaying of PhysicalPlans like insertion need metadata to proceed but in the distributed version the metadata may not exist on that node so the replaying will fail.
Moreover, since the replaying is in the start-up phase, it is not likely for the node to pull metadata from other nodes as it is not in the cluster yet.
