Description

When we performed RTO validation for IoTDB, we found some optimization items, specifically as follows:
1.The error message is incorrect;
2.Avoid write failure

Reproduce Steps：version 1.2.0-SNAPSHOT (Build: 1e6475d-dev)
1.Setup a cluster with 3C3D(schema_replication_factor=3;data_replication_factor=2)

2.Using benchmark to insert data to the cluster;

3.Stop the leader datanode(Stop 43)

4.Got below message from bm log : (read-only is not correct) no error in log_datanode_error.log
