Description

Currently, RatisConsensus achieves stability on peer to peer snapshot installation. 

However, there are still issues when it comes to group configuration changes, e.g., addPeer, removePeer, etc. Some issues are due to the lack of top-down design, some are due to misuse of ratis group API and some are bugs related to installSnapshot and others.

 

This Epic will record EACH CASE of abnormalities discovered in testing env, much of which are credited to  刘珍
