Description

乱序空间内，第1个0层tsfile 1.6GB ，单个文件太大 所以没触发空间内合并，导致这个分区永远执行不了跨空间合并。

测试环境：
1. 3副本3C3D IoT 协议
192.168.10.62/66/68 72cpu256GB内存
ConfigNode ENV:

MAX_DIRECT_MEMORY_SIZE="32G"
